Refund Policy

Order cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not yet shipped. Accepted reasons include a size change or a shipping-detail change — change of mind is not accepted.

Approved refunds are issued as an e-Voucher (store credit). A refund to the original payment method may be requested and is processed within up to 30 business days.
