Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Only the following reasons are accepted: the item arrived damaged, or the wrong item was sent. Change of mind or normal wear-and-tear is not accepted.

Items must be new, unused, and complete with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Exchanges are for the same design and value; any price difference is topped up by the customer, and any excess is refunded as an e-Voucher. Return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the issue was Amaleena’s fault.

Processing takes 5–14 business days after the returned item is received.
